Coors Field & Steroids
Okay, so the Rockies are on an incredible winning streak and I'm starting think about one of the reasons why this mostly young team is putting it together. HMMM.... (long pause...) okay here's one of the answers: Steroid use in baseball is obviously way down with the new rules, most of the players are normal size men like the league hasn't seen since the early 80's and BODDA BOOM! just like that, Coors Field is a perfect sized park for baseball at 5280. That outfield is a pretty vast expanse of green where these new young hitters just keep getting guys on base, toss in a couple power pitchers and a deep pen and you're looking at the best place for October baseball. WHO THE F WOULD'VE EVER IMAGINED THAT!?
